Ingredients

  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 4-5 slices bacon
  • 2 - green onions, chopped
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • - soy sauce to taste

How To Make pork fried rice

  • Step 1
    Cook rice and let cool, as per instructions on box. Cook bacon and remove from pan, drain the bacon, not the oil from pan. Crumble the bacon once cooled. Add rice to bacon drippings and cook 5-6 mins, stirring regularly. Create a well in center of rice mixture and pour in eggs, cook until eggs are set then stir into the rice mixture. Add bacon, soy sauce, and green onions. Stir together until egg is cooked in mixture and remove from heat
