- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make pineapple rice kugel

Step 1Mix cooked rice with undrained pineapple.

Step 2Blend in beaten eggs, melted butter and sugar.

Step 3Put mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
