- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 package Sazon Goya with coriander and annatto
- 1 tablespoon tomato chicken boullion
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make perfect mexican rice
-
Step 1Drizzle oil into a skillet on medium heat. Add rice and sauté until toasted light brown.
-
Step 2Add water (making sure it is about 1 inch above the rice). Add seasonings and bouillon.
-
Step 3Taste to be sure you are happy with the flavor. Add more seasonings if you prefer. Then bring to a boil.
-
Step 4Cover and set on medium and cook for 15 minutes without removing the lid. During this cooking time, do not uncover your rice. After 15 minutes, turn the heat off and let it sit covered for another 5 minutes. The rice should be perfectly cooked every time!
