Mr. P loves rice, it doesn't matter how you cook it he enjoys it. Me, meh it's okay... So, I look for creative ways to make it more likely that I will enjoy it when we have it on our menu. I enjoy this dish. It is very creamy and has tons of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 can parmesan cheese
How To Make parmesan rice

Step 1put butter and garlic powder in skillet, melt the butter

Step 2add rice, stir to coat the rice with the garlic and butter

Step 3Add water, milk, and salt. Stir well.

Step 4Bring to a boil, then reduce to low cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5Stir in grated parmesan cheese. You can add a splash of ilk to make creamier if desired
