Orange Saffron Rice
Ingredients

2 csam's club par excellence yellow rice or saffron rice that equals two cups

4 cwater
-
1/2 corange juice
-
2 Tbspbutter or margarine
-
1/2 cchopped celery
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 cdried diced mixed fruit

3 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Orange Saffron Rice
- In a large pot with a lid, bring water and orange juice and butter to a boil and add rice. Cover and reduce heat to low for approx. 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- In a frying pan, saute celery and onion until clear but not brown. Add dried fruits and quickly saute to activate the flavors.
- Add celery, onions, and fruit mixture to the cooked saffron rice.
