Ingredients
- 2 cups sam's club par excellence yellow rice or saffron rice that equals two cups
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup dried diced mixed fruit
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make orange saffron rice

Step 1In a large pot with a lid, bring water and orange juice and butter to a boil and add rice. Cover and reduce heat to low for approx. 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Step 2In a frying pan, saute celery and onion until clear but not brown. Add dried fruits and quickly saute to activate the flavors.

Step 3Add celery, onions, and fruit mixture to the cooked saffron rice.
