- 1 cup rice
- 1 can campbell beef broth
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
How To Make onion rice casserole

Step 1In a square baking dish, combine the rice, the beef broth, the french onion soup and the butter (unmelted).

Step 2Preheat oven to 350, and bake for about 1 hour. This recipe can be doubled, but no more, it just does not turn out right after that.
