Ingredients

  • VEGETABLES

  • 1/3 c
    green chiles / jalapeno's mixed
  • 1/3 c
    tricolor peppers
  • 1/3 c
    onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • SPICES

  • 2 tsp
    cilantro, dried
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    cuman
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    chipolte
  • 1/4 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • OTHER

  • 1 box
    zataran's rice
  • 2 1/2 c
    water

How to Make My Spanish Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute Medium Heat Vegetables in Pot until onions are almost clear
  2. Add Rice saute low heat for 2 mins to coat rice in oil
  3. Add Spices Toss Well
  4. Add Water bring to low Simmer cover cook 25 minutes do not stir other then to add the water
  5. Remove from Heat let stand 9 minutes again don't stir
  6. Fluff with Fork enjoy
