Ingredients
- 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 4 ounces mushroom pieces
How To Make mushroom rice

Step 1Heat oven to 375. In a 2 quart covered casserole dish, mix all ingredients, top with pieces of butter.

Step 2Cook 45 minutes - 1 hour. Test for doneness. If not done, sprinkle 1/2C water and microwave for 15-20 minutes.
