mushroom rice casserole
A good friend of mine sent me this recipe saying it would be good for one of the church's dinners.I agree! Sounds yummy.

Ingredients
- - 2 onions,chopped
- - 1/4 c butter
- - 1 c sliced mushrooms
- - 2 c white rice
- - 1 t. chopped parsley
- - salt & pepper,to taste
- - 4 c beef broth
How To Make mushroom rice casserole

Step 1Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onions and mushrooms until onions are clear. Add in rice and fry until slightly browned.Add parsley & salt and pepper to taste Place mixture into a covered baking dish. add broth. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes until the rice is tender.Remove from oven and let set about 5 minutes before uncovering.Fluff with a fork and redistribute the mushrooms.
