How to Make Mushroom Rice Casserole
- 1Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onions and mushrooms until onions are clear. Add in rice and fry until slightly browned.Add parsley & salt and pepper to taste
Place mixture into a covered baking dish.
Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes until the rice is tender.Remove from oven and let set about 5 minutes before uncovering.Fluff with a fork and redistribute the mushrooms.
