mushroom rice
This dish is fast and so easy to make. You can add cut up cooked chicken if you want to make it a one dish meal. Maybe even throw in some peas for color. It's great the next day too.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. packages very thin noodles
- 7 oz. boxes minute rice
- 4 oz. cans sliced mushrooms in liquid
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can water
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make mushroom rice

Step 1Brown the noodles in butter on medium heat just until golden.

Step 2Add soups, and the can of mushrooms with the liquid. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Step 3Add the Minute rice, cover and set for 10 minutes. That's it. Fluff with fork.
