This dish is fast and so easy to make. You can add cut up cooked chicken if you want to make it a one dish meal. Maybe even throw in some peas for color. It's great the next day too.

4 oz. pkgvery thin noodles

7 oz. boxminute rice

4 oz. cansliced mushrooms in liquid

1 pkgonion soup mix

1 canchicken rice soup

1 canwater

1/2 stickbutter
How To Make mushroom rice

1Brown the noodles in butter on medium heat just until golden.

2Add soups, and the can of mushrooms with the liquid. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

3Add the Minute rice, cover and set for 10 minutes. That's it. Fluff with fork.
