my Mom made this since I was little, it goes so well with everything be it beef, pork, chicken or fish.

Ingredients
- 2 cans campbells soup beef conssome
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small sweet onion
- 16 ounces minute rice
- 2 pinches garlic salt
How To Make moms "easy does it" rice pilaf

Step 1first measure out the rice and the garlic salt

Step 2pour soup directly into a casserole dish

Step 3cook bacon till crisp, drain and set aside to cool.while bacon cooks cut bell pepper and onion in bite size pieces

Step 4saute onion and bell pepper in the bacon drippings. when tender set aside on paper towell to drain

Step 5take the cooked bacon and crumble it into the soup in the casserole dish, then into the casserole add the sauted veggies,rice and garlic salt. Stir and cover cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
