Ingredients
- 1 cup cook rice and set aside
- 1 med - onion,chopped
- 1 med - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 or 2 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2- 17 ounces cream style corn
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make mexican rice

Step 1Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add sugar. Add rice, veggies and corn. Mix well and spoon into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cheese melts.
