How to Make Mexican Rice
- Heat oil in a large skillet or pan.
- Slice onion, mince garlic, and sautee in pan for about 5 min then add rice and let brown a little.
- Once browned add tomato sauce, water, boullion and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes.
- Cover, turn on Low, and let simmer for 40-45 minutes or until the rice is soft then just fluff it w/ a fork and it's ready to serve!
