Ingredients
- 1 cup long white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 medium onlion
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make mexican rice

Step 1Heat oil in a large skillet or pan.

Step 2Slice onion, mince garlic, and sautee in pan for about 5 min then add rice and let brown a little.

Step 3Once browned add tomato sauce, water, boullion and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes.

Step 4Cover, turn on Low, and let simmer for 40-45 minutes or until the rice is soft then just fluff it w/ a fork and it's ready to serve!
