How to Make Mexican Rice
1Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Add onions and rice.
2Fry rice until light brown.
3Add garlic and chiles and cook for 30 seconds.
4Pour rice in a pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover pot and turn the temperature down to low. Cook for 25 min.
5Fluff and season rice with salt and pepper before serving.
