How to Make Mexican Rice
- 1Sauté onion and garlic in oil til soft in large skillet about 5 minutes.
- 2Add rice and cook over high heat, stirring constantly til mixture turns golden brown. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, bouillon and water.
- 3. Bring to boil. Lower heat. Simmer covered 20 minutes or til all liquid has been absorbed. Serves 6
