Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh mango, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
How To Make mango rice

Step 1Saute the onion in butter in a medium saucepan over medium until tender.

Step 2Stir in rice; stir well. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let simmer 18 to 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Step 3Stir in mango, nutmeg, and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
