Ingredients
- 2 cups white basmati rice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime jiuce
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- ground nutmeg, for garnish
How To Make mango basmati rice

Step 1Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Place the rice in a pan and add 3 cups of water.

Step 2Cook about 20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Place the rice in a colander and let it cool.

Step 3Stir the remaining ingredients into the rice and garnish with the nutmeg.
