Ingredients

  • 2 cups white basmati rice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime jiuce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ground nutmeg, for garnish

How To Make mango basmati rice

  • Step 1
    Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Place the rice in a pan and add 3 cups of water.
  • Step 2
    Cook about 20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Place the rice in a colander and let it cool.
  • Step 3
    Stir the remaining ingredients into the rice and garnish with the nutmeg.
