lemon thyme rice (rice cooker)
Excellent seasoned rice!. This is a rice cooker recipe and I used my basic 1 liter (1 quart) Cook and Warm rice cooker. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup dry jasmine rice, rinsed and drained
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
How To Make lemon thyme rice (rice cooker)

Step 1Turn your rice cooker to the Cook setting and melt the butter.

Step 2When the butter is melted, stir in the drained rice and coat with the butter, cook, stirring often, to lightly brown the rice, takes just a few minutes.

Step 3Stir in the broth, lemon juice, thyme, and lemon pepper.

Step 4Place the cover on the cooker and allow the Cook cycle to complete as indicated by it switching to the Warm setting.

Step 5Fluff with a rice paddle.

Step 6Serve as a side with any dish. Enjoy.

Step 7I enjoyed this is some pressure cooked duck.
