How to Make Lemon Rice (Rizi Lemoni)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all of the ingredients except the citrus zest in a 2-quart pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • 2Stir in the lemon peel and orange peel.
