- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated, lemon peel

Step 2Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley. Makes 6 servings.
