Ingredients
- - cooked rice (sauce will cover 10-12 cups cooked rice)
- SAUCE
- 1/3 cup korean soy sauce (kokkoman maroyaka)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 sticks butter, unsalted
How To Make korean sticky rice

Step 1Combine soy sauce (found at Chinese food stores); sugar; lemon juice and butter. Simmer and stir slowly. Pour over rice.
