Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 - scallions diced
- 2 cups day old rice
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make kimchi fried rice

Step 1In a large wok or skillet. Place the oils and add the shallot. Saute one minute. Add the kimchi, brown sugar, scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and rice.

Step 2Stir fry until browned. Make a opening in center of pan and add the scrambled eggs. Stir and incorporate the eggs into the rice. Add the lettuce and cook until wilted.

Step 3Garnish with cilantro
