How to Make Japanese Fried Rice


  1. cut bacon into bite sized pieces and fry till about half done
  2. when bacon is half done add the onions
  3. when onion is almost done add the celery and cook till bacon is crisp and onion is opaque and celery is cooked but still a bit crisp
  4. pour off most of the bacon grease and then add bacon,onion, celery mix to the cooked rice. stir together and add soy sauce to taste and sprinkle with Accent.
