How to Make Japanese Fried Rice
- cut bacon into bite sized pieces and fry till about half done
- when bacon is half done add the onions
- when onion is almost done add the celery and cook till bacon is crisp and onion is opaque and celery is cooked but still a bit crisp
- pour off most of the bacon grease and then add bacon,onion, celery mix to the cooked rice. stir together and add soy sauce to taste and sprinkle with Accent.
