I got this recipe from a lovely Japanese lady that I met years ago..

Ingredients
- 2 small - onions, chopped
- 3 ribs - celery with tops chopped
- 1 lb - bacon,
- 4 cups white rice, cooked
- - soy sauce
- - accent
How To Make japanese fried rice

Step 1cut bacon into bite sized pieces and fry till about half done

Step 2when bacon is half done add the onions

Step 3when onion is almost done add the celery and cook till bacon is crisp and onion is opaque and celery is cooked but still a bit crisp

Step 4pour off most of the bacon grease and then add bacon,onion, celery mix to the cooked rice. stir together and add soy sauce to taste and sprinkle with Accent.
