brown rice, cooked

sunflower oil
1.5 tsp
1/4 tsp
3/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
soy sauce
3 oz
alfalfa sprouts
1.5 oz
cashews, chopped
3 tsp
cider vinegar

How to Make Italian Rice


  • 1Saute celery and shallots with brown rice in a skillet with sunflower oil for 5 minutes.
  • 2Add herbs, salt, and soy sauce.
  • 3Transfer to bowl; add sprouts, cashews and cider vinegar.
  • 4Mix well and serve at room temperature.
