3 csushi rice

4 cwater

3eggs

1 tspsugar

2 tspsoy sauce

8 ozfrozen diced carrots

1/2sweet onion, finely diced

1 Tbspfresh ginger, finely grated

2 clovegarlic, minced

vegetable oil

1 canspam, diced

2 Tbspmirin

1 tspsesame oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsprice wine vinegar

8 ozfrozen peas

1 bunchgreen onions, sliced
How To Make hawaiian style fried rice

1Make rice according to directions.

2Lightly beat eggs with 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp of soy sauce. I usually cook this like an omelet and then dice it.

3Dice Spam. Brown in a little oil. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4Add carrots, onion, ginger and garlic to the pan, saute until tender and fragrant.

5Add sesame oil and rice to the pan. Mix well.

6Add frozen peas. Mix in and make sure they are completely warmed through.

7Remove from heat.

8Add mirin, rice wine, and soy sauce to the pan. Mix well.

9Add in the Spam, rice mixture and diced egg. Stir to incorporate.

10Add diced green onion. Serve.
