hawaiian fried rice

A co-worker of mine shared his recipe with me and it is the best fried rice I have ever made. I make homemade potstickers and always have extra pork filling so i use that for the sausage in the meat choices. Also used some andoui (sp) and it was awesome, too. Hope you enjoy this! Had to do some guessing on the measurements, recipe was sent in email form and his native language is Hawaiian....was fun!
