If you want you can do what I do .. I rinse my rice tell it run clear then I put the rice in a pan and put water in it tell it reaches my 1st knuckle joint..starting at the top of the rice..Cook all the water out of the rice then put a lid on it and turn the burner off and let it steam its self..

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped) rinse and squeeze dry
- 1 bunch scallions (diced)
- 1/2 stick butter
- - salt and pepper
How To Make green rice

Step 1Rinse rice till water is clear, then add to pan and cook normal.When done set to the side

Step 2Meantime chopped parsley,place in a towel and rinse till water runs clear. Dice up the Scallions..

Step 3Melt butter in skillet then add the scallions, cook for just a few min. Then add the rice and mix well add in the parsley..add Salt and Pepper.
