- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 box small - chopped broccoli
- 1 - inch velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk

Step 1Mix all ingredients together (cutting cheese into small cubes) and bake in greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I love this recipe!
