Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 small cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 cups cooked day-old long-grain rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper (or to taste)
How To Make garlic fried rice (sinangag)

Step 1Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok over medium-low heat. Add garlic. Cook and stir until lightly toasted. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until grains of rice are separated and lightly fried. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle onto platter and serve hot.
