- 4 tablespoons garlic, peeled and minced
- 6 cups cooked leftover rice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make garlic fried rice

Step 1In a large wok, add oil and sauté garlic on medium to high heat.

Step 2Cook until color turns brown and texture is crispy.

Step 3Add the rice. Mix the rice well with the garlic while frying.

Step 4Season with salt.

Step 5Cook for about 5-10 minutes with constant stirring.
