- - 2 c chopped, unpeeled apples
- - 3 c cooked brown rice
- - 1 t.salt
- - 1/4 t. pepper
- - 1/2 c seedless raisins
How To Make fruit rice

Step 1Saute carrots in oil about 10 minutes. Add onions and apples. Cook 10 minutes longer. Stir in rice, salt, and raisins. Cook, stirring constantly, until rice is heated through.
