How to Make Fried Sweet Sticky Rice
- Cover the sticky rice with water and soak at least 4 hours or up to 10. Drain and steam until tender. Mix the coconut cream, sugar, and salt together. Stir in the rice and let cool
- Bring oil 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees. Roll the rice into balls about 2 inch diameter. Flatten into a patty and roll in Panko bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until both sides are browned.
