Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet sticky rice
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
How To Make fried sweet sticky rice

Step 1Cover the sticky rice with water and soak at least 4 hours or up to 10. Drain and steam until tender. Mix the coconut cream, sugar, and salt together. Stir in the rice and let cool

Step 2Bring oil 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees. Roll the rice into balls about 2 inch diameter. Flatten into a patty and roll in Panko bread crumbs.

Step 3Fry in hot oil until both sides are browned.
