Ingredients

  • ·
    1 cup uncle ben’s rice (converted)
  • ·
    2 cups chopped cooked pork or cooked shrimp, ham or chicken
  • ·
    1/4 cup oil
  • ·
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. pepper
  • ·
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped green onions

How to Make Fried Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook converted rice as pkg. directs. Fry pork in oil til coated and heated, about 1 minute. Stir constantly.
  2. Add eggs and pepper and fry over medium heat for five minutes. Stir constantly.
  3. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Fry, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle green onions over top and serve. Serves 4 to 6
