Ingredients
- - 1 cup uncle ben’s rice (converted)
- - 2 cups chopped cooked pork or cooked shrimp, ham or chicken
- - 1/4 cup oil
- - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- - 1/4 tsp. pepper
- - 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
How To Make fried rice

Step 1Cook converted rice as pkg. directs. Fry pork in oil til coated and heated, about 1 minute. Stir constantly.

Step 2Add eggs and pepper and fry over medium heat for five minutes. Stir constantly.

Step 3Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Fry, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle green onions over top and serve. Serves 4 to 6 My Old Recipes
