1/4 conion, chopped
2 ccooked rice
1 can(s)water chestnuts, sliced
1 cpeas, thawed

How to Make Fried Rice
- Saute onion in peanut oil until onion is tender.
- Stir in rice, chestnuts, peas and carrots.
- Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes stirring frequently.
- Stir in beaten eggs, and cook 3 minutes longer stirring occasionally. Stir in soy sauce.
- Cooked cubed pork, beef or lamb can be added for varieties.
