fried rice
I love making this with leftover rice. If I am planning on making it I will cook the rice the day before and refrigerate.

How To Make fried rice
-
Step 1Cut up bacon into small pieces and fry in pan. When done push bacon aside and scramble eggs in bacon grease. When done mix both together. Stir in rice and corn and stir fry on high while stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. When rice is heated thru, add green onions and serve. I use all different types of rice with this dish. Brown basmati is my favorite but you can use any precooked rice of your choice.

Step 2Everyone loves this dish. Really easy to fix for a large group and keep warm in crock pot. Put green onions in just before serving if doing it this way.
