Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped finely

How To Make fried rice

  • Step 1
    In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.
  • Step 4
    Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
