1/4 tspblack pepper
2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbspsoy sauce
4 ccooked rice
2 Tbspcanola oil
2 Tbsponion, chopped finely
How to Make Fried Rice
- In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.
- Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.
- Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.
- Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
