  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 c
    cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped finely

How to Make Fried Rice


  1. In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.
  2. Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.
  3. Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.
  4. Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
