1/4 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
egg, beaten
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
4 c
cooked rice
2 Tbsp
canola oil
2 Tbsp
onion, chopped finely

How to Make Fried Rice


  • 1In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.
  • 2Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.
  • 3Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.
  • 4Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
