Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped finely
How To Make fried rice

Step 1In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.

Step 2Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.

Step 3Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.

Step 4Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
