Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup peas, frozen, thawed
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

How To Make festival fried rice

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-low heat until crisp.
  • Step 2
    Increase heat to medium.
  • Step 3
    Add onions, mushrooms, pepper and peas; stir-fry 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Push vegetables aside; pour egg into skillet and scramble.
  • Step 5
    Add rice and soy sauce; stir until heated, gently separating grains.
