Festival Fried Rice

2 slice
bacon, diced
1/3 c
sliced green onions
1/3 c
sliced mushrooms
1/4 c
green bell pepper, diced
1/4 c
peas, frozen, thawed
egg, beaten
2 c
cooked rice
1 Tbsp
soy sauce


1Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-low heat until crisp.
2Increase heat to medium.
3Add onions, mushrooms, pepper and peas; stir-fry 1 minute.
4Push vegetables aside; pour egg into skillet and scramble.
5Add rice and soy sauce; stir until heated, gently separating grains.
