My kids love this. They won't eat rice from a restaurant either! I got this from a quick and healthy cookbook for kids.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    minute rice, brown or white
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 medium
    carrot, shredded
  • 2
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Fast "Fried" Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients, microwave on high. I do it according to the box directions on my minute rice.
