Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice, brown or white
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 2 - green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make fast "fried" rice

Step 1Mix all ingredients, microwave on high. I do it according to the box directions on my minute rice.
