Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 - green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup frozen peas
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked long grain rice
- 1 dash salt and pepper or seasonings of choice
How To Make egg fried rice

Step 1Beat eggs with 1 teaspoon of the green onion and dash of salt.

Step 2Cook peas in simmering water for 1 min.

Step 3Heat wok over high heat, add oil. When oil is very hot, reduce heat and add the eggs. Lightly scramble. Add the rice before eggs are set. Increase heat, then stir to separate the grains of rice and break eggs into small pieces.

Step 4Add peas and rest of the green onion. Add desired seasonings. Stir constantly for 1 min.
