1 tsphigh heat cooking oil

2eggs, lightly whisked

1 cfrozen mixed vegetables

2 ccooked brown rice

1/3 clow salt soy sauce
How To Make easy vegetable fried rice

1Heat oil in wok or deep skillet.

2Add whisked eggs to pan, let cook and sit for a minute. Break up eggs with a spatula into small pieces.

3Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add brown rice and soy sauce to egg and vegetable mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.

4Season with salt, pepper ans additional soy sauce to taste.
