1 tsphigh heat cooking oil
2eggs, lightly whisked
1 cfrozen mixed vegetables
2 ccooked brown rice
1/3 clow salt soy sauce
How to Make Easy Vegetable Fried Rice
- Heat oil in wok or deep skillet.
- Add whisked eggs to pan, let cook and sit for a minute.
Break up eggs with a spatula into small pieces.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add brown rice and soy sauce to egg and vegetable mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Season with salt, pepper ans additional soy sauce to taste.
