  • 1 tsp
    high heat cooking oil
  • 2
    eggs, lightly whisked
  • 1 c
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c
    cooked brown rice
  • 1/3 c
    low salt soy sauce

How to Make Easy Vegetable Fried Rice


  1. Heat oil in wok or deep skillet.
  2. Add whisked eggs to pan, let cook and sit for a minute.
    Break up eggs with a spatula into small pieces.
  3. Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add brown rice and soy sauce to egg and vegetable mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Season with salt, pepper ans additional soy sauce to taste.
