Ingredients
- 1 cup rice (i use jasmine or basmati)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oil
How To Make easy spanish rice

Step 1Put 1 cup of rice in pan with 1 tsp of oil, salt and cumin on medium high heat for a couple of minutes

Step 2Pour 2 cups of chicken stock in and 1 Tbsp of tomato paste. Mix completely and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook according to directions of rice.
