minute rice
2 can(s)
chicken broth
1 tsp
butter or margrine
1 medium
handful of small egg noodles the thin ones

How to Make Easy Rice Pilaf


  • 1Put butter in a medium skillet to melt
  • 2add the thin egg noodles until lightly brown about 3-5 minutes
  • 3add the 2 cans of chicken broth bring to a boil
  • 4add the 1 cup of rice bring to a simmer
  • 5Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes stirring at times until all the liquid has evaporated
  • 6Fluff and serve
