Ingredients

  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margrine
  • 1 medium handful of small egg noodles the thin ones

How To Make easy rice pilaf

  • Step 1
    Put butter in a medium skillet to melt
  • Step 2
    add the thin egg noodles until lightly brown about 3-5 minutes
  • Step 3
    add the 2 cans of chicken broth bring to a boil
  • Step 4
    add the 1 cup of rice bring to a simmer
  • Step 5
    Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes stirring at times until all the liquid has evaporated
  • Step 6
    Fluff and serve
