  • 1 c
    minute rice
  • 2 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 tsp
    butter or margrine
  • 1 medium
    handful of small egg noodles the thin ones

How to Make Easy Rice Pilaf


  1. Put butter in a medium skillet to melt
  2. add the thin egg noodles until lightly brown about 3-5 minutes
  3. add the 2 cans of chicken broth bring to a boil
  4. add the 1 cup of rice bring to a simmer
  5. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes stirring at times until all the liquid has evaporated
  6. Fluff and serve
