Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 3 - eggs-dry scrambled
- 6 slices bacon...chopped up
- 4 - green onions
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- - soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Heat oil in Frying Pan. Add minute rice and lightly brown. Turn off heat and add hot water. Give a quick stir, cover and set aside. Let sit at least 7 mins before adding....

Step 2Chop bacon into smaller bite size pieces. Fry in small frying pan until not quite crisp. Drain all excess fat...add to rice.

Step 3Scramble eggs in a little margarine but do not add water or milk. Add to Rice. Chop onions and add to rice mix.

Step 4Stir all together well and then add the soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat on low approx 20 mins to heat thru...Add frozen peas for last 5 mins. Ready to eat when peas are heated...Enjoy!
