6 slicebacon...chopped up

1/2 cfrozen peas

How to Make Easy Chinese Fried Rice
- Heat oil in Frying Pan. Add minute rice and lightly brown. Turn off heat and add hot water. Give a quick stir, cover and set aside. Let sit at least 7 mins before adding....
- Chop bacon into smaller bite size pieces. Fry in small frying pan until not quite crisp. Drain all excess fat...add to rice.
- Scramble eggs in a little margarine but do not add water or milk. Add to Rice. Chop onions and add to rice mix.
- Stir all together well and then add the soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat on low approx 20 mins to heat thru...Add frozen peas for last 5 mins. Ready to eat when peas are heated...Enjoy!
