Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken bones
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 tablespoons duck fat
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
How To Make duck fat rice

Step 1Coat the chicken bones with the salt. Rinse the rice with water until the water runs clear. Set aside.

Step 2Add the duck fat to a large pan. Add the garlic and cook 10 seconds. Add the rice and cook for 1 miniute stirring constantly.

Step 3Add the stock, bay leaves and the bones. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer and simmer covered about 20 minutes.

Step 4Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes. Remove the chicken bones and bay leaves. Stir in fresh basil
