Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup snow peas, cut in half (fresh)
- 3/4 cup dried craisins
- 8 ounces can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup coarsely choppd cashews, toasted
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
How To Make door country wild rice salad

Step 1Mix all salad ingredients together except cashews. Just before serving, add dressing and cashews. Stir into salad and serve.

Step 2Note: To make a larger dish, I add more brown rice and some of the other ingredients like celery, snow peas, etc.
