This rice is easy. Especially for a challenged cook when it comes to rice. Substitute chicken broth or beef broth for the water. Just depends on how much flavor that you want. Use Zattarain's rice for the best flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
How To Make crock pot rice

Step 1Rub a 4 quart crock pot with butter or margarine.

Step 2Pour in rice, water (broth), vinegar and salt. Mix all together. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

Step 3Note: Up to 4 cups raw rice may be prepared in slow cooker making 10 cups cooked rice. Adjust other ingredient amounts, as indicated.
