Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, uncooked
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 can (14oz) coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make coconut rice.

Step 1Rinse jasmine rice in a colander and cold water until water is no longer cloudy.

Step 2In a sauce pan disolve the sugar and salt in the water. Stir in coconut milk and rice.

Step 3Bring to a boil over medum heat. Cover and reduce heat and simmer 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
