- 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1In a 2 1/2-3 quart sauce pan, bring rice, milk, water, and salt to a boil over medium high heat

Step 2Stir, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer rice, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
