How to Make Coconut Rice with Lime


  1. In a 2 1/2-3 quart sauce pan, bring rice, milk, water, and salt to a boil over medium high heat
  2. Stir, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer rice, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in lime peel and serve immediately.
