Ingredients
- 4 small shallots, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cans 14.5 oz. chicken broth
- 1 - env. lipton onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon gourmet garden cilantro paste
- 1 - 4 oz. pouch broccoli with cheese & long grain rice
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make cilantro onion yellow rice & veggies

Step 1In a skillet or stove top cooking ware add the oil, and let get hot under medium low heat.

Step 2Add the shallots to the oil and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 3Add the chicken broth, allow to come to a boil.

Step 4Add the onion soup mix and cilantro to the boiling broth, stir to combine.

Step 5Add the rice, corn and peas, stir again.

Step 6Add the salt and pepper, stir one last time. Lower heat and allow to cook 25 minutes.
